1.  How long is my domain name registered for ? - We currently register all Domains on our site for 2 years

2.  Are there any charges to transfer the domain name ? - No. You are free to transfer your domain to any other provider, at anytime.  All that we ask is that the domain name has been paid for in full before you request a transfer.

3.  What restrictions are there when choosing a domain name ? - You may use any letter of the alphabet, any number from 0 to 9, and you may use the hyphen '-' character.  The hyphen may not be the first or last character in the name, and you cannot use two or more adjacent hyphens. No single character or two letter names are allowed.  No full stops in your chosen domain name are allowed

4.  What methods of payment do you accept ? - We currently accept payment by Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Deposit/Transfer, or debit cards through NOCHEX.COM

5.  How much does a domain name cost ? - UK domain names are £12.50 per year including free web and email forwarding (You must register for 2 years on UK names). .com .net and .org names are £17.50 per year including web and email forwarding.  For free hosting, or our superior hosting packages, please see the 'Hosting' page.  Prices are inclusive of all costs and registry fees. Nothing more to pay, not even VAT.

6.  What can I do with a domain name ? - a) You can register it and park it. This will secure the domain, and show our home page should anyone look for your domain name.  b) You can add web and email forwarding to it. Remember this is free for the duration of your registration.  c) You can register it an host it with us.  d) You can register it and point it at your own domain name servers. This allows you to use hosting facilities provided by other providers.
